Positioned in Mitte's historic Oranienburger Vorstadt neighbourhood, just a four-minute stroll from the Berlin Wall Memorial, this centrally-located home promises comfort and style. We love its private terrace, furnished with seating and swathed by foliage – it's the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee before a day of adventure. Though compact, this home's free-flowing layout ensures comfort. The interior is contemporary and inviting, cloaked in neutral tones and boasting high ceilings, hardwood floors and chic decor. Floor-to-ceiling bay windows usher in floods of sunlight, and we love the sleek kitchen, designed for home chefs in mind with bespoke fixtures and high-end Bulthaup appliances. Here, you're well-connected to Berlin's public transport links, just a three-minute stroll from Nordbahnhof. However, there are plenty of sights to see on foot. Take a thirty-minute amble towards Museum Island, passing Mitte's elegant architecture and an array of bars, cafes and eateries, and enjoy a cold beer by the Spree. On Sundays, we recommend visiting Mauerpark's weekly flea market, just twenty minutes away on foot.
