Tucked away in fabulous Fitzrovia, this stylish home boasts three floors of contemporary living. Modern and bright, with extras like a Nespresso coffee machine, luxe rainfall showers and Netflix, it's somewhere you'd be just as comfortable staying for work as you would for a city break with friends. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows let in buckets of natural light and show off the rooftop views, the Scandi-inspired furniture is designer and the beds are hotel-level comfy. Whether you're cooking up a storm in the compact kitchen, sharing a bottle of wine around the dining table or snuggling up for a movie night, we think you'll be happy to call this place home. Just be prepared to climb quite a few steps – it's about four flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms. However, with bustling Oxford Street just a four-minute walk away, the excellent location makes up for the workout. The choice of shops, eateries and pubs on doorstop is second to none. And although Soho, Covent Garden, and Trafalgar Square are within walking distance – all reachable in about twenty minutes or less – Oxford Circus tube station is a seven-minute stroll away when you fancy venturing further afield.

Wedged between Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, Fitzrovia is a haven for foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. You'll be rubbing shoulders with stylish local architects, gallerists and other artsy animals every evening from 6pm onwards, either sipping a cocktail in a glamorous bar or having a pint in one of the many historic and characterful local pubs. The weekends are a bit quieter when the local workers disperse, which is a good time to stroll up to Regent's Park, marvel the glories of the British Museum or head to the shops on Oxford Street.
