Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Austria’s Rauriser Hochalmbahnen mountain region offers the striking combination of a quaint town, high-adrenaline slopes, and luxury facilities. Sitting just a three-minute drive away from the main ski lift, this apartment is well placed for snowsport thrills. Or you can stroll twelve minutes to Rauris Church to admire picturesque, village scenes. And as for luxury, where do we even start? Your host can arrange for shopping services and reserve you a spot at a local restaurant before you even arrive. Meaning when you get inside this glorious apartment, you’ll already have fresh, local fare (and perhaps a bottle of Grüner) waiting in the wooden kitchen. Timber beams and all shades of wooden panels adorn the walls, floors, and furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming space for you to get cosy. Open up the glass sliding doors to admire views from your private terrace, while the kids head out to the communal games room or hire bikes. There’s so much on offer here, that skiing might be the last thing on your mind. If you make it to the slopes, come back to the residents’ sauna to unwind at the end of the afternoon. You’ll be ready for another day on the snow... after breakfast in bed served to your door every morning.
