A beautifully designed apartment with traditional architecture and towering ceilings, this home in Downtown Dubai also the building just happens to boast jaw-dropping views of both Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Elegant and refined, it's a home with real character and some impressive in-house facilities. Just metres from Dubai Fountain, you'll be well placed for some of Dubai's biggest attractions and most exciting restaurants, one of our favourite parts of the city. There's a shared outdoor pool, a fitness suite and plenty of outdoor areas to explore – and at your apartment, you'll find a large, private terrace. Inside, decorative archways and an all-white colour scheme make it bright and elegant, with modern furnishings and spacious rooms. And once you've eaten at the dining table, you can move out to the covered terrace for evening drinks in the fresh air.
