In peaceful Fitzrovia, this stylish apartment is an ideal base for a solo traveller or couple looking to explore central London. It's set down a quiet residential street, away from the noise of the city, and yet within moments of the lively shopping and entertainment district of Soho. Wake in the morning, throw open the drapes and you'll find the apartment is quickly bathed in natural light, thanks to the sliding glass doors. Grab yourself a coffee, settle down on your comfy sofa or, better still, sit out on the private balcony, and plan for the day ahead in style. Double-height ceilings, grey gloss floors and a minimalist design utilises the space impressively well, creating a sociable open-plan living area to chill out after a day of exploring the city. Elsewhere, take advantage of the extra storage with your own walk-in wardrobe, warm your toes with the underfloor heating setting, and spin the two large pivot doors to make the space your own. When it comes to filling your afternoons, it's hard to know where to start with so much activity right on your doorstep. You're a fifteen-minute walk from colourful Chinatown, bursting with great places to eat, a ten-minute... stroll from Soho's Carnaby Street, filled with independent boutiques and shops, while Covent Garden, only twenty-one minutes by foot, offers a variety of fine-dining restaurants and swanky cocktail bars.

About Fitzrovia
Wedged between Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, Fitzrovia is a haven for foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. You'll be rubbing shoulders with stylish local architects, gallerists and other artsy animals every evening from 6pm onwards, either sipping a cocktail in a glamorous bar or having a pint in one of the many historic and characterful local pubs. The weekends are a bit quieter when the local workers disperse, which is a good time to stroll up to Regent's Park, marvel the glories of the British Museum or head to the shops on Oxford Street.
