Among the mountain landscapes, quaint villages and rolling hills of the Balagne region, this delightful villa enjoys a privileged position, overlooking the Corsica countryside. Designed by the owner, who just so happens to be an architect, this home was created with care and attention. Authentic materials have been used to preserve the period charm of the interiors. The beauty isn't limited to the inside, either – step out onto the teak wood terraces and discover breathtaking views over the fortress of hilltop villages and rugged greenery below. Start the day with coffee and a dip in the private pool, taking a moment to fully appreciate the spectacular scenery around you before heading off to explore it. Spend an afternoon strolling towards the local winery, where you can sample some of the area's most highly regarded wines, or use one of the inter-village walking trails to hike through the hills. The famous coastline is a short drive away, offering glistening blue ocean and dense forests – this is a seaside escape like no other. After an adventure-filled day, head back to that gorgeous terrace to cook an alfresco feast on the charcoal barbecue. Pour a glass of your favourite tipple, take a seat facing... the mountains and witness an unforgettable sunset before retiring indoors to indulge in a well-deserved bubble bath.

About Corsica
Like a rugged jewel in the middle of the Mediterranean, there’s a reason Corsica is known as the “Isle of Beauty”. The French island boasts secluded beaches with glittering blue waters, picturesque cliff-side villages, and breathtaking mountain views. Corsica offers extremely diverse experiences, including snorkeling, wine tasting, and kayaking. For the keen hiker, there are hundreds of scenic trails, although shared with goats, cows, and other wildlife. A good place...

This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
