Tucked away in Mevagissey, this quaint cottage oozes coastal charm. An effortless mix of old and new, you’re hit by bold, brilliant blue cabinetry that’s sleek and modern, sitting alongside exposed stonework and wooden beams as you step into the kitchen. We love the attention to detail with the decor, with the seaside vibe flowing throughout the home – our particular favourite is the seagull pattern you’ll find on cushions and lampshades, carrying you on a tour around the cottage. Spend quiet evenings curled up on the corner sofa to enjoy a movie night or get lost in a story with your holiday read – it’s the perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring the Cornish coast that surrounds you. Before heading out for the day, rustle up a tasty full English and settle down at the kitchen table to plan for the day ahead with your loved ones. Suitably nourished, stroll to the harbour and while away a few hours exploring the independent shops that line the waterfront. Further afield, you can reach The Lost Gardens of Heligan by car in fifteen minutes, or The Eden Project in around twenty. Never short of things to do, you’ll... be grateful for your calming coastal retreat, just the place to return to after a fun-filled day.
