Situated high above the hills in Kalkan, this single-storey villa boasts a private pool and some truly spectacular views over the sea and surrounding landscape. The colourful and quirky decor may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the main bedroom enjoys an in-ground Jacuzzi, positioned perfectly for the views. For families, your host can provide free equipment for little ones like a cot and high chair. There's space to park on the large driveway, and we highly recommend hiring a car for easy day trips to the nearest beaches and into Kalkan.

The Panoramic Retreat

This romantic one-bedroom bolthole is a perfect choice for couples who want to relax and enjoy each other's company. It offers a sense of privacy and seclusion as well as far-reaching views of the garden and beyond. The property benefits from an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The main swimming pool lends itself to those who like to do a few lengths before breakfast. Glass doors lead inside to the open-plan kitchen, living, and sitting area, which is well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect in a modern villa. The interior has floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides of the room, one side opens onto the garden and outside pool terrace, while the other opens onto the inside pool. The bedroom features an enormous round bed and floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides of the room. Islamlar village offers breathtaking panoramic views from every aspect and provides visitors with a genuine taste of rural Turkish village life. Kalkan town is just 15 minutes down the road, offering excellent choices of elegant roof-terraced restaurants.

The Myrtle Shade

Private plunge pool, fun-filled games room, panoramic Mediterranean views – this villa truly has it all. Despite the quirky layout (and multiple staircases), we think you'll love calling this place home. There's a relaxing Jacuzzi in the top-floor main suite, a Finnish sauna on the first level, and sea views from practically every room. There are two lounges – each with a kitchen – giving you the choice to socialise together or enjoy some alone time. Even the location is ideal. Kalkan is just 2 kilometres away, putting the beach, shops, and restaurants within easy reach.

Turquoise Retreat

Turquoise Serenity would be ideal for a family holiday, or a group of friends' getaway. The three-storey, detached villa is constructed out of classic dove grey washed stone, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that flood the property with lots of natural light, and give access to sea view terraces and balconies. The villa comes complete with complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, your own private swimming pool, a sauna and hammam, and a games room.

Aqua Vista Villa

To put it simply, this home is stunning. It’s perched on top of a hill just a short walk from downtown Kalkan, and boasts mesmerising views of the Mediterranean Sea and nearby islands. The glittering blue seascape can be enjoyed from almost every angle of this magnificent villa. 

As you approach the villa and take in the view, you’ll smell the flowers in the garden. The land is also home to countless palm, banana, grape and olive trees, all vying for attention in the pretty setting. The heated infinity pool stretches out towards the sea, and is where we’d be spending most of our time. After an early-morning dip, you might lie out in the sun for an hour or two, before moving into the shade of the outdoor lounge. Sip cocktails while drinking in the view, and plan the rest of your day. 

Will you have lunch outside, or move into the cool confines of the stylish villa? The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the barbecue is perfect for alfresco feasting. 

This home is bright and welcoming, with enough room for a large group, including two kitchens and living areas, each with their own entrance and terrace. The table tennis and darts board always prove popular, whether you’re travelling with friends or as a family. There are quiet corners too, so you can always slip away for a moment of romance. The master suite even has a Jacuzzi, where you can sip Champagne as you watch the sun set in your own little haven.

Located between Fethiye and Olu Deniz, you’ll find it’s just a 5-kilometre drive to the nearest beach, while the nearest supermarket is just 500 metres away. Outside, leisurely days can be spent lounging by the pool – which also includes an integrated Jacuzzi. There is a shaded terrace with a barbecue and you’ll find plenty of space across the three floors to relax and unwind. Each of the rooms has a balcony – making it easy to sit back and admire the views. 

Misty Valley View

Explore the beautiful Düden Waterfalls when you stay at this apartment in Antalya. Or head to the nearby Mall of Antalya for some retail therapy. This lovely city has a yacht-filled marina, Roman sites such as Hadrian's Gate, museums and a popular aquarium to explore too.

Back at this apartment, cool off from the Turkish sun in the shared swimming pool. Then, unwind on the comfy grey sofa in the open plan living space with its monochrome scheme. This beautiful home is right on the waterfront of peaceful Bodrum, with a private beach. You’ll spend your days soaking up the sun on the sand, lulled to a state of perfect relaxation by the rhythm of the waves, and cooled by the refreshing sea breeze. 

The villa boasts an epic floor-to-ceiling glass wall, so the wonderful sea view forms a focal point even when you’re inside. It’s a stylish and welcoming home, with an open-plan layout that’s perfect for gathering together as a group. You can open up the sliding doors to blend the indoor and outdoor spaces. This delightful retreat is tucked away in the Taurus Mountains. It’s a superb base for hikers and nature-lovers, with countless walks to discover nearby. The closest beach is 4 kilometres away, too.  If you’re not feeling active, though, you’ll still be able to enjoy mountain views from the balconies. You’ll also have a private heated pool to enjoy, and a pretty outside space to unwind in. The villa is bright and welcoming, with charming decor – though taller guests will need to take care in the top-floor bedrooms, as the ceilings are sloped.
