If you’re seeking sea views during your Spanish break, this might be the home for you. It’s a penthouse apartment in a new complex, with stunning sea views from almost every angle, including from two of the bedrooms. There are several terraces for you to enjoy the vistas from and there are plenty of sun loungers. There’s a barbecue for alfresco dining, too. You’ll also have access to the communal salt-water pool and gym. We recommend hiring a car so you can explore nearby Nerja and Torrox Costa. 

The Mediterranean Breeze

When it comes to uninterrupted sea views, it doesn’t get much better than those offered from this home. Occupying a privileged spot on the cliffs of Cala Murada, this is the ideal setting for a refreshing coastal escape. Take your pick from multiple terraces, enjoy lazy days by the pool and restorative sessions in the home sauna and jacuzzi. And while this all sounds like the perfect adults-only escape, it’s also a great option for families with child-friendly amenities available on request and the nearest beach just a short walk away. 


Floating In the Sunshine

With its Mediterranean Sea views and private balcony, this apartment is the ideal place to crash between dips in the communal pool and tapas-tasting in the heart of Nerja. The private balcony is equipped with an awning (a welcome addition for when the sun becomes a bit much) and you’re only 200 metres or so from Playa Torrecilla. If you’d like to make your stay that little bit more special, your host provides a bottle of champagne as an optional add-on.

Sea Drift

Built in 2016, this home is in what's considered to be one of the best buildings in the area. Situated in the heart of Botafoch next to Cipriani, Zuma, Pacha and many other restaurants and shops, the location is fantastic. Take a stroll around the old port district opposite, while the glamourous Marina Botafoch itself is easily reached on foot. Or explore Ibiza Town, around a five-minute ride from this home.

We can certainly imagine ourselves enjoying a cocktail on this home's balcony with its views over the glistening communal pool (other shared facilities here include a poolside bar, three Jacuzzis, a gym and gorgeous landscaped gardens). Head through the sliding glass doors, and you'll find yourself in the stylish open plan living space with its plush velvet sofas. This space is perfect for entertaining your family or friends.




Oh Glamour

A few metres from the Mediterranean, this home is perfectly placed to explore. There's a rocky beach across the street, but when you're not dipping your toes in the sea, make the short drive to Alcúdia's old town or head to buzzing Port d'Alcúdia for sand and sun. Back home, everyone will adore the terrace – the views are straight out of a postcard and make an ideal backdrop for dinner and drinks alfresco. The design inside may be a tad dated, but that aside, this is a practical option for family and friends wanting to be close to the Mallorcan coast.

Sunkissed Azul

Set on the outskirts of scenic Valldemossa (a thirty-minute walk away), this characterful homestead is certainly impressive. The fantastic Bay of Palma views are front and centre here, and you can make the most of them in the swimming pool or while sprawled out on the sun loungers. Inside has been designed with complete respect to the home's history – think original floors, timber beams, stone walls, and a restored olive press in the living area. With six en-suite bedrooms, a tennis court, and a gym, there's no doubt there's plenty of room for the whole family. Best of all, breakfast and daily cleanings are included, giving you more time to soak up the Mallorcan rays.

Palma Olive

Bursting with artisan shops and delicious eateries, Deiá is one of Mallorca's most vibrant villages. Its cobbled alleys and picturesque architecture have inspired countless artists and writers over the centuries, and this home puts you within striking distance of all it has to offer. The interiors are minimalist and natural, with traditional stone and wood accents adding a characterful touch. But there's no denying that the showstopper here is the terrace. With its sweeping panoramas and cosy seating area, it's impossible to imagine a better spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the views.

Mallorcan Stone

This beautiful and cozy little house is the perfect place to spend a romantic holiday in Ibiza. The house has a diaphanous design with open spaces and light, and offers magnificent views of the countryside, the mountains and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is open, together with the living room form a single space. The room is separated from the rest of the house with an impressive floor-to-ceiling wooden teak sliding door. The terrace has a chill-out where the guest can contemplate nature and views relaxing  "al fresco". The house is surrounded by forest and a Mediterranean garden. In the garden, next to the centennial olive tree, we find a barbecue. The 10x4 pool has a wooden platform and comfortable hammocks where you can rest by the water. The pool is entirely for private use.

Intimate Oasis

With close proximity to the beaches of Marbella and Puerto Banús, spending lazy days on the coast comes easily here. Don’t fancy a beach day? There’s a whole host of eateries within walking distance, so dining out on authentic Spanish cuisine is a breeze. As you’d expect from Marbella, you can take your pick of golf courses, too. Back home, the communal pool is the perfect place to cool off, or for fitness fanatics, there’s an on-site gym to enjoy. To top it all off? You have a private terrace waiting, just the spot for tapas and sangria to end the day. 

Marbella by the Sea

This contemporary villa perfectly blends coastal and Scandi styles to achieve a slice of modern paradise. And it’s not just the interior design that caught our eye here. There are private terraces and plunge pools when you want to enjoy a quiet moment, while the main terrace provides a large pool, an outdoor lounge and a dining area for sipping sangria long into the balmy evenings. Location-wise, you can dine and shop along the Puerto Banus marina or spend a beach day on Playa Nueva Andalucía – they’re walkable, though we suggest driving to maximise sunbathing time.

A Palm Dream

Splendid French-style villa nestled in natural surroundings, offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Step into this 375m2 house boasting 9 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area, ample parking space, lush gardens and a charming vineyard. Thanks to its elevated position, this home offers eyefuls of Galician countryside views at every turn.
