The views from this hillside villa, spanning Tuscany's rolling fields to Lucca's city lights, will leave you awestruck. Floating in the infinity pool, sipping a glass of Italian red on the terrace, dining alfresco as the sun goes down – nearly every spot outdoors offers picture-perfect panoramas. Though you'll likely spend all your time admiring the scenery or visiting nearby Lucca (a ten-minute drive away), the interiors are just as impressive. They're a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and rustic charm, offering more than enough space to spread out and relax. Just note that young children and those with limited mobility may find the steep stairs a bit challenging due to its hilly location.

Home truths
This villa sits on a hill, with the swimming pool positioned above the house. You'll need to climb quite a few steep stairs to reach it, and there isn't a railing.
Though your host can provide a cot and high chair, children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to the elevated landscape. Those with walking difficulties may also find it challenging.
The pool is only available to use between 1st April and 31st October.
The laundry room is located outside in the back part of the house.
A car is necessary in this location. Private parking space is available for up to four cars.
