What makes us different
Our ambition is to solve the biggest problem in travel today: the unbearability and unreliability of decision making.
We're taking a scientific and systematic approach to vetting every home in every location we open, and listing only those worthy of our quality mark. To do this, we're combining the expert human curation of our Home Critics with innovative tech such as Machine Learning and AI.
Our talented photographers then bring to life the character of the homes that make it onto our platform.
We are building the product and tech to help us scale Plum Guide's quality mark everywhere in the world.

Our story started in 2016, after our founder & CEO Doron stayed in an amazing holiday home in Tel Aviv. It got him thinking… Why isn't it always like this? In less than 2 years, we'd covered every continent. Today, and a pandemic later, we have 500+ destinations and a team of 100 amazing people across the globe.
We are backed by some of the world's top VCs and angel investors. Between them, they have helped make successes of the likes of TransferWise, Citymapper, BuzzFeed, Appear Here, Graze, Depop, Gymbox and Secret Escapes to name a few.
We work from our London HQ twice a week, the rest is remote. We also have team members working fully remotely across Europe and the US!
Everyone gets 4 weeks a year to work from anywhere around the world.
We provide extensive cashback plans for healthcare costs and life assurance policy
We invest in your learning. We have a budget for books, online courses and other opportunities tailor-made for you.
We host regular remote team socials and games. We also have our weekly all-hands and if you're in the office there's always snacks and drinks.
