Spread across two floors, this home has pride of place in Cala Mendia. It is perched on a cliff, providing unbeatable views of the beach and turquoise shallows of the small bay, an ideal swim spot. A private set of steps from this home takes you straight onto the beach below. Take meals on the terracotta-tiled terrace that wraps around the villa, with views over the water, uninterrupted to the horizon. The patio has its own pergola and grill; an idyllic spot for a barbecue, as you sit back and listen to the rush of the waves. Golf courses and tennis courts add to the fun activities in this part of Majorca. Inside the house, relax on the plush sofas in front of the TV. Then, head out to one of the many shops, restaurants and bars in the area for a night on the town. The rugged coastline can be explored on foot, by bike or even by segway for fun-filled days outdoors.
