There's plenty to keep you entertained within the privacy of your own home, but we highly recommend making the five-minute drive to Cavaillon, famed for its markets and sweet summer melons. Browse the stalls selling fresh local produce then head home to cook dinner on the barbecue. When it comes to family dinners, you couldn't ask for more thanks to a pretty patio that's ideal for alfresco dining. Open a bottle of wine and savour local flavours as the cicadas hum and the sun sets over the countryside. Wind down for the evening with a movie night thanks to the projector in the cosy second lounge.
