What a quintessentially Parisian setting this home has in picturesque Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It’s just a short walk from the River Seine, charming cafés, restaurants, and brasseries. If you don’t fancy eating out, there’s a chic industrial kitchen for creating some local delicacies. This room also has a striking, futuristic spiral staircase (it doesn’t have a handrail and is narrow and steep, so it’s not for the faint-hearted or those with limited mobility).
