It’s worth noting children and toddlers aren’t allowed here, but babies are welcome, plus it’s a great option for remote workers.     This home does not have A/C but fans are provided from June to September. Fans are also available outside of the summer season upon request.

    While there is a lift to the first-floor, there are steps leading up to the main entrance of the building from the street level.

    Given the home's location, you may hear some street noise

    The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.

    There is scaffolding up and on next door, which includes the communal entrance. Work is expected to finish by July 2025 - you may hear noise Monday - Friday.
