Villa WV CAI, a contemporary 4-bedroom villa in Petit Cul de Sac, is the perfect vacation retreat. The spacious main room features a living area, dining room, and modern open kitchen. The indoor dining area can accommodate up to 8 guests. The entire main room opens up to a covered deck with an outdoor dining and lounge area, as well as a pool. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, safe, screens, and U.S. satellite TV. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the main room, while the third bedroom is accessed from the terrace and the fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow. The villa boasts a vast terrace with ample seating and shade. Steps lead down to the sundeck surrounding the large solar-heated pool. Guests can enjoy lounging on the sunbeds or take advantage of the private beach access in Domaine du Levant. Additional amenities include ceiling fans, an electronic security gate, Sonos sound system, and WiFi. House cleaning services are provided six days a week. Please note that during December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
