Peering out over the River Dart, this sleek home is just a ten-minute stroll from the historical maritime town of Dartmouth. It sits on the top floor of a house with its own private access and is perfect for entertaining. The modern chef's kitchen means you can prep meals while socialising with your group and there's a large barbecue deck for grilled suppers in the garden. But the real standout here is the charming balcony that provides stunning views over the harbour – we can think of no better way to relax than to sit out there with a G&T in hand, drinking in your surroundings.
