Right on the water in the beachy town of Marathon, you can moor your boat at the 50-foot dock in the backyard and explore the Florida Keys. Returning home from a day at sea, a big private swimming pool awaits alongside a barbecue station and wet bar for sustenance. The shaded terrace is home to a laid-back games room and there’s a fire pit for rare chilly evenings. Inside, it’s three floors of shining modernity with a gourmet kitchen and sunny lounge at ground level. An additional family loft room on the top floor opens up to a suntrap terrace and acts as a fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed.
