The private swimming pool, which sits at the heart of the garden, is the perfect spot for guests to cool off on warm summer days and to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. With a moderate climate due to its proximity to the sea, the region is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of walking trails and nearby sports facilities. The villa comprises four bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with AC to provide guests with a comfortable temperature during their stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, charcoal BBQ, deckchairs, loungers, hammock chairs, and an outdoor lounge. The villa's location is convenient, with several amenities located nearby and easy access to surrounding towns and cities. A security deposit of 600€ is required, and Wi-Fi, AC,... and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Pool/beach towels are available for rent at 10€ per towel per stay. The preferred changeover day is flexible, with arrivals from 16:00 and departures before 10:00.
