Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Five minutes on foot from the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe and Parc Monceau, this apartment places you in the heart of the action. The location is as central as can be, making it an ideal base for sightseers. Inside, the design is typically French – we're talking parquet floors, Juliet balconies, and lots of sumptuous spots to unwind. Guests five and six will sleep on a sofa bed in the office, while the second bedroom has zip-and-link beds to allow for more flexibility in sleeping arrangements. If space, style, and a splendid location are what you're after, we think this Parisian pad is just the ticket.

Home truths

The two single beds can convert into a super king-size bed on request. The third bedroom is an office that doubles as a bedroom. It has a sofa bed and its own door.

As is common in France, the bathrooms don't have toilets. Instead, there are two separate toilets in the hallway. These aren't photographed, but we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome basket filled with local products like wine, olive oil and sweets.

This is a central spot, so noise is to be expected.

About Arc de Triomphe - Champs-Élysées

The Champs Elysees is one of the most famous streets in the world, so be prepared to come up against a fair few tourists, though you can sidestep the hordes pretty easily by exploring the side streets just off the main drag. For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by Napoléon...
