Experience the beauty of Le Perche as you stay in this chocolate-box cottage in Normandy on the edge of a vast forest. The property dates back to the 19th century and was once a clog maker's workshop. After a loving transformation, this pretty cottage and newer wing now sleep 2-6 guests yet it retains much of its original character. This attractive property boasts exposed chestnut beams, a cast iron wood stove, and attractive vintage furniture from local brocantes. The south-facing garden provides a delightful spot for al-fresco dining and relaxation. The surrounding area offers opportunities for long walks, hiking, biking, exploring historic towns, or venturing further to highlights of Normandy. Whether you prefer to soak up the magnificence of the region or explore Le Perche's glorious landscapes, this captivating part of Normandy provides a perfect escape.

About Normandy
Normandy is a region steeped in history and culture, with stunning landscapes at every turn. It's home to picturesque towns and villages, white chalk cliffs, pristine beaches, and celebrated landmarks. Our suggestion is Mont Saint Michel – an island topped with a striking medieval abbey that seems to rise right out of the sea. It's one of France's most unique and visited attractions, with gothic architecture, ramparts and narrow streets...

Host
This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
