Fancy a private garden in one of the coolest spots of Lisbon? Since it's a perfect place for alfresco dining and sipping sundowners, we don't think you'll mind being slightly overlooked by the neighbouring balconies. This home offers an earthy interior for groups of four and your much-loved pets. Not only will business travellers find handy desks inside, but nearby restaurants and landmarks promise post-work treats. There's even an on-site communal pool and a free parking space in the garage.

About Intendente
The Mayor of Lisbon moved his office into Intendente in 2012, giving it the infusion of funds needed to rebuild and elevate this often forgotten part of town. Only a decade ago, Intendente was in bad shape, but the revitalising initiatives have created an unexpected consequence – an incredible culinary scene, where everything goes. There are still some rough edges, but most of the previously abandoned buildings now home indie record stores, craft fairs, and art galleries. We suggest you start your trip in Largo Café, the artsy meeting point for locals and visitors.
