Visiting Berlin on business? This apartment has a sunny office ideal for working from home. Apart from the desk and speedy wi-fi, we think it's a stylish and comfortable pad to call home. Preparing tasty meals is a breeze in the kitchen – if you're not trying the international eateries on your doorstep, that is – and the living area is a cosy spot to unwind post-sightseeing. The layout is a tad snug in places (especially in the bedroom), but there's plenty of space for couples or solo travellers. You'll be based in Schöneberg, an eclectic neighbourhood with parks, cafes, and public transport a short walk away.

Home truths

The sunroom-style office is missing some curtains, and it's somewhat overlooked by the building opposite. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two through the window, so it doesn't feel completely private.

There isn't a window in the bathroom, so it lacks natural light. There also isn't a shower curtain around the bathtub, so we suggest using it as a bath only.

This home is located in a building with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into neighbours during your stay.

This host requires your check-in to be within 3-5 days from when the last booking ends. If you are unsure if your dates will work or for help finding alternatives, please contact our Matchmaking Team.

Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

Located south-west of Mitte, Schöneberg is a characterful part of the old West Berlin with wide, tree-lined boulevards and varied architecture. Famously home to David Bowie in the 1970s, Schöneberg is an unexpected mix of multiculturalism and swankiness, both dynamic and relaxed at the same time. Since the early 20th century, Schöneberg has been the heart of Berlin’s LGBTQ+ community with the area around Nollendorfplatz being particularly important. Since 1993,...
