Steps from the sea, this villa offers endless Mediterranean views and beach access from the garden. One of the best spots to admire the panoramas is on the roof terrace, where you can lounge with a glass of wine and watch the coastal sunsets. The above-ground swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and covered terrace are excellent additions, too. Head inside and you'll find a contemporary (though compact) living area and several clean-lined bedrooms. As for location, the Baroque town of Modica is 20 kilometres away, while Noto is just a bit further. And, alongside the rocky shore on your doorstep, there's a sandy beach only 900m away.
