Boasting an upside-down layout, you’ll find the living area on the upper floor of this coastal home – ideal for making the most of the countryside and distant sea views. With a cosy garden and balcony, alfresco dining is a must in warmer months. That said, with hikes on your doorstep, the Royal North Devon Golf Club next door, and a blue flag beach that’s a haven for surfers, windsurfers, kayakers, and dog walkers, getting out and about locally is a must.
