Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

A former wine shop, this home is a practical option just ten minutes on foot from the Eiffel Tower. It's not the biggest or the brightest, but the location is hard to beat – cafes, metro stops, and the city's most famous landmarks are all a short walk away. The sleek kitchen is well-appointed to rustle up dinner – or you can just enjoy a glass of French vino around the table – while the three bedrooms are compact and cosy. It's worth noting that the third is located downstairs and lacks natural light. But, all things considered, it's a good fit for families and friends looking for a Parisian pad.

Home truths

As this is a former wine shop, the layout is a little quirky. The lower-level bedroom has no windows and lacks natural light. The living space is also a little narrow.

The living area is a squeeze for all six guests. Some guests will have to sit around the dining table instead of on the sofa.

Some noise may be likely here since this is a ground-floor apartment right on the street.

About Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower was built for the Universal Exhibition of 1889 and has since become the symbol of the city and one of the world's most recognisable landmarks. It sits on the edge of the 7th arrondissement, a relaxed part of town, home to world-class museums like the Musée d'Orsay (Impressionist paintings galore) or Musée Rodin (home to the famous 'Thinker' sculpture), state buildings like the National Assembly, Les Invalides...
