Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Tucked into the heart of the Umbrian countryside, this villa is just the ticket for those looking for a tranquil stay. While the traditional interiors may not be to everyone’s taste, the outdoor space will be a hit with all. Sun-drenched terraces, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi – what’s not to love? It’s worth noting that neither the pool nor the Jacuzzi are heated – so, just the spot to cool off on hot summer days. Locally, you’ll find both Perugia and Todi a twenty-minute drive away, and well worth a visit for a taste of authentic Italy.

Home truths

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.

The swimming pool, open between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October, isn't fenced, and there are open tread stairs here. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.

    The Jacuzzi isn't heated.

The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight and there are no curtains in one bedroom. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.

Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. On-site parking is available for two cars here.

While its urban areas offer Medieval architecture, charming piazzas and excellent restaurants aplenty, it’s the countryside for which you really visit Umbria. The region...
