Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
A sumptuous stay awaits at this penthouse apartment moments from the Spanish Steps. Shops, restaurants, and many of Rome's most famous landmarks are on your doorstep, but the home itself is even better than the location. You'll make a beeline for the panoramic roof terrace, where you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz as the sun sets. We love the mix of contemporary comforts and traditional features inside, though it's worth noting that there's a fee to accommodate the fifth guest. But with a Peloton bike for morning workouts, a study for remote working, and a chic living area ideal for socialising, this is the definition of a Roman holiday.

About Spagna
Spagna is, perhaps unsurprisingly, focussed around the eponymous Piazza di Spagna. Along with the Trevi fountain, it’s one of the most visited sights in the entire city. Things weren’t always so auspicious – in the 16th century, the area was Rome’s red light district, but today it’s better known for the vine-covered romance of Via Margutta, home to Gregory Peck's impoverished journalist in Roman Holiday. This is not the place...
