Set in a charming courtyard, this ground-floor apartment is about as central as it gets. So-Pi's lively nightlife, Montmartre's charming passages, and Grands Boulevards' fashionable shops are all within easy reach. Two metro lines are also nearby, perfect if you want to venture further afield. When you're not exploring, come home to this bright and contemporary apartment. The open-plan living space is ideal for unwinding, with a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen does lack an oven, but it has enough to rustle up light meals – though with restaurants on your doorstep, we reckon you'll prefer to dine out.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
This is a ground-floor apartment. The big French doors flood the living area with light, though they do look directly onto the building’s communal courtyard.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
There’s a desk in the bedroom if you plan to work from home.
