There are views of Lake Annecy, the surrounding countryside and mountains from this three-storey home. With several balconies and terraces, an established garden and a pool, there’s plenty of outdoor space. This place is perfect for a family or group of friends – there's a games room with table football, darts and board games and a well-equipped kitchen, too. The fourth bedroom forms part of an apartment, with an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area – ideal for those in the group who want more privacy. This home also has a sauna to relax in after a busy day of hiking or skiing. The location is great – Lake Annecy and the beach area in Talloires are nearby.

Home truths
Three bedrooms are on the first floor – the third room can be made up of twin beds or a large double bed. The fourth bedroom, which can be a king-size or twin bed, forms part of an apartment, with an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area.
The pool is available and heated from the beginning of May to October 15. If you book in early May or late October, we advise you to contact your hosts to check the pool availability for your dates.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
The home is on the main road from the Aravis mountains down to the lake, which means that in busy periods there can be a fair amount of traffic.
There are three parking spaces here and two spaces in the garage.
