Perfect for families, this Wimbledon townhouse exudes laid-back comfort. It's part of a small development of new-build homes set around a communal garden square. Inside, there's a study/boot room, an inviting lounge, and an eat-in kitchen ideal for family dinners. Each bedroom is as cosy as the next, though one is a tad smaller. Outside, you'll have access to a private patio, as well as a garage and off-street parking – a huge perk in London. Location-wise, you're a stone's throw from the shops and eateries in Wimbledon Village and an easy stroll from the expansive green space in Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Park.

Home truths
While the WC, patio, and study/boot room aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
You'll have a garage and an off-street parking space in front of the home. As Wimbledon isn't in central London, we suggest hiring a car if you fancy exploring further afield.
This home is part of a small development, so there's a chance you may hear and see your neighbours.

About Wimbledon
It might well be most people's primary association with the area, but the truth is there's so much more to Wimbledon than tennis. With the wilds of the Common, plus verdant Richmond and Wimbledon Parks close by, and the village at the top of the hill, visitors would be forgiven for thinking they'd left London altogether. Central London is actually only 30 minutes away by tube so Wimbledon really does represent the best of both worlds. With its parks, leafy streets, period houses, excellent pubs and boutique shopping, it's little wonder that Richmond is so popular with affluent families.
