Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This minimalist apartment sure makes a statement. It's on the top floor of a building dating back to 1905, and the wooden beams, skylights, and glass-walled bedrooms give the whole place an industrial ambience. There's a dappled dining nook where you can enjoy breakfast – better yet, visit the coffee shop downstairs for a morning brew. We love the large skylights, too. Location-wise, Wedding is a lively neighbourhood with a hodge podge of restaurants, shops, and bars to discover. Keen to explore further afield? Hop on the subway, just a five-minute walk away, and set off on an adventure.

Home truths
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request – speak to your host for more information.
The layout here is similar to a studio loft. Both bedrooms have glass walls separating them from the living area, so it's not the most private.
This home is not suitable for children and infants.
Please note that there is a coffee shop and bar on the ground floor of the building.
A subway station is only a short walk away, so we'd suggest exploring on foot.

Local guide
About Wedding
Known for its local and neighbourhood-y feel, Wedding isn’t Berlin’s most lively neighbourhood. Just like Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg, it does, however, have its own unique identity. It’s traditionally a working-class district (think lots of old warehouses and factories combined with minimalist Weimar-era architecture), so it never feels pretentious. Wedding is also a traditional Turkish neighbourhood, so expect authentic Turkish food (and other cuisines with a cultural flair) all around. Well-connected by way of the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, it borders Mitte and Moabit to the south – and it's also home to Charité, one of Europe's largest university hospitals.
