Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
With a cosy living area and two private patios, this apartment is a fuss-free option in Balham. It's on the lower ground floor, but what it lacks in natural light, it makes up for in comfort. You can lounge in the living area, work from home at the dining table, or snuggle up for a good night's sleep in the bedroom. A sofa bed for two keeps sleeping arrangements flexible – just keep in mind that it's near a railway, so some slight noise is likely. Location-wise, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance, while central London is a twenty-minute Tube ride away.

Home truths
Though the private patios aren't photographed, expect the style to be consistent with the rest of the home.
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
This apartment is on the lower ground floor, so it doesn't have a lot of natural light.
Home comforts are lacking a tad. We think it's best suited to those looking for a base to use when travelling for work.
Due to the central location and proximity to a railway line, there's potential for noise here. However, the windows are double-glazed.
