At this Monceau apartment, you'll find two private terraces – a rarity in Paris. The first is accessible from the bedrooms and living area, making it a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning light. But the second space is even more impressive. With sun loungers, an alfresco dining area, and Mediterranean-style plants, it's the ideal respite after sightseeing. We're big fans of the style inside, too. Every room is comfortable and bright, especially the conservatory-style dining area. Location-wise, you'll be a five-minute stroll from Parc Monceau, fifteen from the Arc de Triomphe and about twenty from the Champs-Élysées. Shops, restaurants, and a metro station are on your doorstep, though parking is available for adventures further afield.

This is the residential part of the affluent 8th arrondissement, tucked just behind the Champs Elysée but without the tourists. Your neighbours will mainly be wealthy families but you will also come across quite a few workers going to the office too.
