This home is spread across three levels with stairs - there is no lift.
Housekeeping takes place on Tuesday and Friday from 8:30am to 1pm. The gardener and pool cleaner visit the home every Tuesday.
The swimming pool is not fenced - it is accessible via the back sitting room and separate guest house

Private parking is available for two small cars or one large car in the garage. There is additional parking for two cars in the driveway.
