Nestled among Pisa's picturesque hills and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is an ideal Tuscan getaway. In addition to the garden's rolling views, everyone will love the seasonal swimming pool. The interiors, meanwhile, blend contemporary comforts with traditional elements like timber ceilings. Guests five and six will sleep on a sofa bed, while the others can take their pick between two en-suite bedrooms. Location-wise, it's just a short drive from the historic village of Vicopisano. Further afield, yet within easy reach by car, you'll find Pisa, Lucca, and the Tuscan coast – all excellent options for day trips.

Home truths

At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. We think this is best suited to older children.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and baby bath upon request.

The swimming pool is only available to use between 1st May and 1st October. It isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times.

We highly suggest hiring a car here, as the home's location is remote. Secure parking is available on-site.

The fireplace is only available to use during the winter months (October to April).
