What this compact apartment lacks in size, it makes up for in style. Cool and contemporary, we think it works best for solo travellers, couples, and digital nomads – especially those keen to explore Madrid on foot. The living space has funky neon signs and industrial-chic accents. Though snug, the kitchen is well-suited to rustling up light bites – there's also a high-top table that can be used as a work-from-home space. The cherry on top is the location in La Latina. This apartment is quite small, so it won’t suit those wanting a lot of space to stretch out.
There isn’t a dining table here, but there is a high-top table with bar stools where you can eat your meals. It can also double as a laptop-friendly workspace.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. The main bedroom faces the street, so we suggest parking earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The small neighbourhood of Opera y Palacio Real sits next to the Royal Palace and its grand squares with manicured gardens. It’s also home to El Teatro Royal, the grand opera house. This part of town has an abundance of space and is far less busy than other parts of central Madrid – the calmness of the area makes it popular with families.
