Built in 1926 by architect Barry Dierks, this villa's guestbook is as storied as they come – Pablo Picasso, Noël Coward, and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor have all spent time here. If the illustrious history doesn't grab your attention, the sea views absolutely will. Whether you're swimming in the pool or savouring a glass of wine on the terrace, the panoramas will be front and centre. The interior is decidedly contemporary, with its open-plan living area and funky suspended fireplace. You'll also have access to a secluded beach down the rocky path. That said, Cannes is an easy drive away when you're in the mood to venture out.
