This beautiful home is perfectly positioned in a quiet, popular area of Annecy. The townhouse is 950 metres from the historic city centre and only a fifteen-minute walk from the lake. It was built in the 1930s and is full of character and charm, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The large garden, where you can admire mountain views, play games, and cook on the barbecue, is ideal for families.
