This 250-year-old stone home is nestled in the historic centre of beautiful Pognana, a charming lake village on the shores of Lake Como. It’s just fifteen minutes from Como and looks directly towards the Clooney villa. You can admire stunning views of the lake from the balcony and from the dining terrace. The house is spread over three floors, with an open-plan layout for the living and dining spaces. The main bedroom boasts an in-room bathtub, ideal for a romantic soak.

Access to this home is via a steep, windy road. You cannot drive all the way to the house but can park a three-minute walk away. We recommend hiring a small car.

The ferry to Como is 50 mins but the ferry to Bellagio is much longer. The drive to Como is 15 mins, and to Bellagio it's 30 mins.
For winter stays there is a wood burning fireplace - your host provides wood.
