Set on a hillside, surrounded by pine forests, you can look out over this villa’s gardens and farmland as well as the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Relax in a daybed by the pool, in the Jacuzzi or under the shaded pergola – there’s also a summer kitchen with a barbeque. Within the gardens, you’ll also find a playhouse for the children, and we love that most of the bedrooms have access to the terrace. This place is ideal for families and friends as there’s a one-bedroom annexe here as well. The location is excellent too – the villa is situated near Santa Gertrudis, under 10 kilometres from the family-friendly resort of Santa Eulalia, and only a fifteen-minute drive from Ibiza Town.

This home is on several levels and consists of a main house with five bedrooms and a separate annexe on the lower ground floor.
While some bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the bedroom’s en-suites has a Jacuzzi bath and another has a sauna.
For those with reduced mobility, most of the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are on the ground floor here.
There’s plenty of space for entertaining as there are two dining areas in the main house.
