Only a 100-metre stroll from Marina di Pietrasanta's beach, this villa is made for coastal-loving families. With the sea in walking distance and cities like Pisa and Lucca not far by car, we reckon most of your time will be spent exploring. But, if you're keen to enjoy a more relaxed pace, there's plenty to appreciate back home, too. The private terrace and small garden are perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the fresh air. Indoors, there's a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms – although air conditioning is only available in the hallway. We think it makes a great option for a Tuscan seaside retreat.

Home truths
Air conditioning is only available in the corridor, so you'll need to leave the bedroom doors open to feel the cool air.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request.
While the beach is within walking distance, we suggest hiring a car to explore further afield. There are two private parking spaces here.
The style may not be to everyone's tastes. Some of the furniture is a little dated, though we think that adds to the charm.
