This is a modern, two-story single-family house located just 500 meters from the center of Kanfanar and 15 km from Rovinj. The house boasts a sunny position and is situated on a property with a garden, lawn, wildlife garden, and an angular heated swimming pool with an internal staircase. The property also features an arbour and parking for two cars. The interior of the house is tastefully furnished and includes a living/dining room with a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms. Guests can enjoy the view of the swimming pool from the terrace while using the provided barbecue and deck chairs. A high chair, baby cot, hairdryer, iron, and internet access are also available for guest use. Suitable for families only; no youth groups allowed.
