Out in the peace of Crete’s countryside, this grand-looking villa offers a deluxe base from which to explore the ancient archaeological sites and beautiful beaches along the coast near Heraklion. The mountain villa of Rodia is within walking distance and Heraklion itself a twenty-five-minute drive away. Beautifully landscaped gardens and terraces are home to a private swimming pool and a full outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven. Each level of the home has a balcony with a glorious sea view and plenty of windows in the open living area on the first floor show off that endless blue. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream.

While not all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The entire living space is upstairs on the first floor and there are a few steps between the living room and kitchen. This place may not suit those with limited mobility.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Your host can provide a travel cot for infants on request.
Having a car is recommended to make the most of the area. There is private parking for up to four cars.
