Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Although this is a small home, we could tell that a lot of work has gone into making the best out of the square footage. The pinnacle of this effort is a panoramic window in the living room that opens up into the balcony. The furniture here is more of a backdrop than a statement, but that works quite well to maximise the space. Barcelona's most famous sights might not be in the immediate vicinity of Poblenou, but Bogatell beach is within walking distance.

Home truths

The cutlery and crockery are a mish-mash of different brands and styles, which might bother more meticulous guests

Although this home can accommodate four guests, the third and fourth guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.

The closet to the bedroom is outside the room in the hallway

We felt that the kitchen looked a bit dated and could use an update

About El Poblenou

El Poblenou is on the rise. Nested between the beach and the old town, it’s a fusion of old and new architecture, quickly becoming the technological heart of Barcelona. It’s a lot more tranquil than most parts of the city, but its list of attractions is growing fast. Scattered between buzzing shops that embrace its rough-luxe feel are some of the most loved and recommended eateries in the whole city. The closer you get to the beach, the more they turn into more traditional tapas restaurants and bars that let you mingle with the locals and travellers alike.
