This penthouse apartment is located right on Strøget, the main pedestrian street in Copenhagen, making it ideal for visitors who want to explore the city on foot. Climb up to the top of the building and once you arrive, and you'll find a wonderfully light and welcoming space that's full of Scandi-style and designer furniture. The lovely kitchen and living space are great for socialising over some smørrebrødands and a glass of wine, and the gorgeous wooden floors and high windows add an extra level of charm. However, our favourite part of this home is the romantic little nook in the bay window where you can look out over the city's spires and rooftops. Back on ground level, you can stroll to Tivoli Gardens, the famous 19th Century amusement park, in less than ten minutes, while the iconic Nyhavn waterfront is a fifteen-minute walk away.

Located on the side of the scenic Slotsholmen Canal, Gammel Strand stands as a calming antidote to the hustle and bustle of the nearby Strøget, Copenhagen’s busiest shopping street. Unfortunately, few of the original structures on Gammel Strand and nearby Magstræde and Snaregade survived...
