Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This charming apartment boasts a rare feature that sets it – quite literally – above the rest. Climb the stairs from the third bedroom and arrive on the roof terrace, from which you can devour a magnificent view of Venice’s skyline, including St Mark’s Campanile. Because of this terrace, this home isn’t suitable for children under the age of 6, but it’s ideal for families with older children, and for groups of friends. It’s in a peaceful setting in the refined parish of San Samuele, close to all of Venice’s main sights, including the Grand Canal.

Home truths

Children under the age of 6 – apart from infants under 12 months old – are not accepted here due to the steepness of the stairs and the roof terrace.

This home is spread over the top two floors of the building, only accessible via stairs. It may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

The roof terrace is only accessible via the third bedroom so this room isn’t the most private.
