Who wouldn't want to stay in a 13th-century palace overlooking the iconic Grand Canal, pulling up to the front door in a private water taxi? You'll feel history underfoot in the second bedroom, where a glass panel on the floor reveals a medieval well. We don't think you'll mind this home's topsy-turvy layout, where elegant living areas await upstairs under beamed ceilings. See how the San Polo sestiere puts the Rialto Market, plus charming bars and restaurants, within easy reach.
