This unique, high-desert getaway is perfect for sommeliers and curious novices alike. Ideal for gatherings of all kinds, from family reunions to romantic escapes, this 2,030 sq ft home features an array of outdoor amenities such as an in-ground heated saltwater pool, hot tub, large built-in BBQ grill and bar, propane fire-pit, dual porch swing set and lounge seating. The indoor space is equally inviting with an open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen boasting picturesque mountain views. The cozy bedrooms offer 5 beds and 2 baths with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and two full-size pull-out couches in the common area. The outdoor living room is covered under a tall patio roof with comfortable lounge seating, flatscreen TV with Airplay options and space heaters. The home is eco-friendly and offers hi-speed wifi (up to 230 mbps), Smart TV's with Direct TV in the living room, outdoor space, and every bedroom. Family and dog-friendly, children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis with a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Day guests must be approved prior to arrival.
