Sleek, chic and gloriously bright, The Superstyler is perfect for a younger crowd who want to be close to the beach. You'll see from the amount of construction work in the surrounding area that it's an up-and-coming neighbourhood away from the city centre. It's conveniently close to trendy markets like Palo Alto and a short walk away from popular Bogatell Beach – brimming with bars and clubs. And, if you're in need of an even quicker dip during the hot summer months, you can cool off in the communal rooftop pool.

Home truths
As it takes twenty minutes to reach the city centre by public transport, there aren't a whole lot of exciting things going near the home
Other than the forty-inch TV, there are very few entertainment options – no books, sound system, cards, or board games
The sofa in the living room has some minor stains on it and the bathroom towels could also do with a little extra TLC
Without a home guidance manual, there'll be some guesswork involved when working the appliances and the air conditioning unit
The dining table is comfortable for four people – it'll be a bit of a tight squeeze for six
There's a small private balcony, but the roof terrace with the pool is shared between all the residents of the building

About El Poblenou
El Poblenou is on the rise. Nested between the beach and the old town, it’s a fusion of old and new architecture, quickly becoming the technological heart of Barcelona. It’s a lot more tranquil than most parts of the city, but its list of attractions is growing fast. Scattered between buzzing shops that embrace its rough-luxe feel are some of the most loved and recommended eateries in the whole city. The closer you get to the beach, the more they turn into more traditional tapas restaurants and bars that let you mingle with the locals and travellers alike.

This is probably the greenest oasis in all of Barcelona. Created as the city's first public park in the mid 19th Century, it's a lovely place to while away an afternoon.
